Rich, beautiful velveteen paper for a special touch of texture. This this listing is for three 8.5x11" sheets. This paper is acid-free & lignin free making it perfect for use in scrapbooking, card making, stamping & other crafts. We sell a lot of this paper to be carpeting in doll houses. Velvet Paper has the wonderful look and feel of suede with the ease and adaptability of paper. It can be used with ink jet or laser printers. Draw on it with markers, pens, pencils, paints and chalk pastels. It cas be cut with decorative scissors or die-cuts, embossed and stamped. It is acid and lignin free. It works wonderfully in an embossing folder and cuts like butter with an electronic die cutting machine!

Velveteen papers
This review applies to all 10 colors I ordered on 2/16/26 to take advantage of the sale before SSC’s access to this vendor expired. This is also a repeat order. I’ve placed several over the course of the past years. These papers have a luxurious hand and deep color saturation, but for optimal results when die cutting, should be adhered to a very sturdy (300 GSM or higher) backer sheet. So, so, so sad to know they will no longer be available from SSC. Neither Amazon nor Etsy seem to offer any replacement. Thanks for a great run!
