We ship to destinations troughout the US and Protectorates. International customers may be able to use a freight forwarding company to receive orders shipped to a US address.
Our Products
Our products are NEW. Most of our products are Brand New and purchased directly from Distributors. Occasionally, we also sell products purchased on Closeout and Inventory liquidations. Unless specifically stated to the contrary, all products are NEW.
Shipping
US Flat Rate shipping is $5.95 (regardless of the number or weight of items purchased) Orders over $39 ship for FREE.
If products purchased with FREE shipping are returned and the net order size falls below the FREE shipping threshhold, the cost of outbound shipping will be withheld from the refund amount.
International shipping:
We generally do not ship outside the USA.

You can shop with confidence! We are confident in the quality of our merchandise and guarantee that our products will be as described. If you are delighted with your purchases, please tell a friend. If you are not delighted, return it to us within 14 days and we will refund your purchase price.
After 14 days, we may allow returns of goods purchased within up to 30 days for account credit good on your next order. We generally will not permit return of any item after 30-days from the date of purchase. Please contact us to discuss your concern.
For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns of closeout, seasonal items, downloads, or software. Your complete satisfaction is our goal and we strive to ensure that every customer is a return customer!
